Sinoma Jinjing Fiberglass Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as " the co***ny "), founded on January 18th, 2004 with registered capital RMB 200 million, is a joint venture (JV) enterprise jointly invested by China National Materials Group Corporation and Shandong Jinjing Technology Co., Ltd with contributive capital of 51% and 49% equity respectively. The Board Chairman is Mr. Baoguo Wang. The co***ny devotes to R&D, manufacture, market and technology support for fiberglass, composite materials, nonmetallic material, products thereof, and the related equipment.
The co***ny occupies 460,000 ŠO land in the China National New & High Technology Development Zone in Zibo City, which consists of two plants ( east and west ) with more than 1,200 workers and RMB 500 million annual revenue. It is a high & new technology enterprise certified by Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province.
The east plant named PPG Sinoma Jinjing Fiberglass Co., Ltd., established in 2006, is a JV enterprise jointly invested by the co***ny and PPG Industries ( located in The USA ) with 50% capital contribution from each side. USD 79.5 million has been invested initially and the first-rate fiberglass technology is introduced from PPG Industries. The co***ny has 2 furnaces and the production capacity reaches 60,000 ( tons ) per year.
The west plant has 16 high-pressure fiberglass pipe production line with the annual production capacity approximately 20, 000 (tons), or approximately 13,000 ( kilometers ). The high pressure fiberglass pipes ( DN 40mm--1000 mm ) are mainly used for water injection and oil delivery in the oil field, natural gas delivery, city water supply and drainage, drinking water pipeline, chemical industry and brine pipeline, fire-extinguishing system pipeline, etc. At present, both the equipment technological level and production capacity of the co***ny reach the advanced level in China market.
